Hey girls!

I've been battling eating disorders for so so long now. I think it has been 4 years now. Mostly all this has been in secret. Purging in secret, skipping meals in secret, and over eating sometimes. I've dealt with all three EDs. And of course all this included lying to the people I love the most. I've recognized my need for help and a need to get better. Anyway, as most of you all know, I'm going to Mercy Ministries soon and I am really really terrified. I'm not sure if they will let me go there [because they have permission to refuse girls that are 15 and younger if they feel they are not ready yet] and if they do accept me I'm really scared to get help.

Your prayers are greatly appreciated during this time and encouragement too. I will try and check back on here every now and then and as often as I can. Thank you all for being good friends to me. God bless!

I will definitely be praying for you. Almost every girl goes through some sort of eating problem in her lifetime and eating disorders are just a step away from just an eating problem. Remember that Christ is with you always and when you come out of this, you will be a great influence for some other girl who is going through this.

Yes, there all girls. Its a house FULL of girls! So I'll definitely tell em all about it.

Maybe you could mention it to the staff so they can check it out and maybe even promote it. That would be cool, too. Us at home could be an online support system too.
